SEALPROOF INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING (IW-118) is a specially blended, self-healing liquid crystalline capillary waterproofing admixture designed for use in above and below grade applications.

Sealproof IW-118 reacts to improve the water tightness of the cured concrete through hydrophobic effects, reduced capillary porosity and reproduced specifically for the complete and permanent waterproofing of mass and reinforced concrete structures, ready-mixed and precast concrete and reduced capillary porosity.

Sealproof ICW-119 reacts to improve the water tightness of the cured concrete through hydrophilic chemicals that absorb and utilize to crystalyze and react with cement particles to produce
elongated crystalline structures. It physically block pores and cracks to sufficient resist the penetration of water under pressure and reproduced specifically for the complete and permanent waterproofing of mass and reinforced concrete structures, ready-mixed and precast concrete and reduced
capillary porosity.

PERMACRYL 1017-EWP is a high performance flexible & rubberized UV resistant water based coating formulated based on 100% Acrylic emulsion for use as waterproofing membrane system. Sealproof WPC is an airless spray-applied colloidal liquid base which when applied to Portland cement concrete produces a permanent hydrostatic barrier whilst penetrates into concrete capillaries and pores, reacts with free alkali in the concrete, and forms a Calcium-Silicate-Hydrate (C-S-H) reaction in the capillaries and pores to waterproof and protect the concrete.
