SEALBOND EP-1008
ANTI- CORROSIVE EPOXY PRIMER
SEALBOND EPOXY PRIMER (EP-1008) is superior rust inhibiting primer coat that is suitable for a variety of substrates. It is a two-pack formulation based on high-grade resins and polyamide curing agents. A versatile primer compatible with wide range of topcoats, it forms excellent coating systems that are resistant to fuel oils, solvents, salt, spray, acid fumes and most organic chemicals.
RECOMMENDED USES
With appropriate topcoats such as epoxies, vinyls, chlorinated rubber and urethanes, SEALBOND EPOXY EP-1008 is excellent for the following applications:
MARINE: Decks, hulls, cargo holds and superstructures of ships, oil tankers and barges; shore and offshore installation.
INDUSTRIAL: Interior and exterior coatings of storage tanks, structural steel, pipelines, machinery and equipment for mining, chemicals, food manufacturing and power plants.

SEALBOND DPS
EPOXY DEEP PENETRATING SEALER
SEALBOND EPOXY DEEP PENETRATING SEALER (DPS) is a two-component clear epoxy coating especially formulated for waterproofing and concrete sealer applications. It has exceptionally low viscosity property that enables it to seep through concrete surface porosity providing an effective first line barrier against intrusion of water and other liquids. Its excellent adhesive, flexibility and chemical resistance properties will provide the user years of trouble-free protection.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
SURFACE PREPARATION: All existing dirt and other surface contaminants adhering on the surface must be thoroughly removed. Apply Concrete Neutralizer using sufficient coats to completely neutralize the surface. Do not wash off. When sufficiently dry, dust lightly to remove crystalline deposits.
MIXING & APPLICATION: Mix thoroughly by volume 1 part of resin to 1 part of hardener. Any change from the recommended proportion will affect its quality. Scrape the bottoms, sides and corners of the container to ensure complete and full blending. Prepare only enough quantities that can be used within the pot-life period. Do not delay application. Apply SEALBOND DPS by brush or roller or by using an airless spray. Allow to cure overnight prior to application of topcoat.
PRECAUTIONS: Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and avoid breathing its vapor. Work areas must be adequately ventilated. Keep containers properly closed and store in a cool and dry place.
USES
SEALBOND DPS is highly recommended for the following:
- As a stand alone protective sealer for concrete and neutral mineral substrates such as bricks, natural stones, pavers, precast concrete and cement fiberboards.
- As a waterproofing primer which is a vital part of Elastomeric Waterproofing System for concrete gutters, roof decks, toilet & bath, firewalls and other similar concrete structures.SEALBOND DPS helps promote adhesion of the waterproofing paint to the concrete substrate and penetrates deeply providing an effective first line barrier against intrusion of water.

EPOXY FLOORING COMPOUND (100% SOLIDS)
SEALBOND EPOXY FLOORING COMPOUND (EFC-100) is a 100% solid two-component Epoxy Coating formulated from high-grade resins and curing agents specially for flooring application. It is lead-free and non-toxic epoxy flooring when fully cured. It hardens to an abrasive resistant epoxy coating, with high bond epoxy strength on properly prepared substrates such as concrete and steel. SEALBOND EPOXY FLOORING SELFLEVELING (EFC-80) is a two-component epoxy cycloalphimatic amine base, formulated from carefully selected, highest grade, epoxy resin and curing agents, manufactured under strict quality control standards.
