SEALBOND PU-108 Polyurethane Coating is a two component aliphatic UV Resistant high build, high solids, attractive, satin finish top coat with excellent resistance to acids, alkalies, solvents, salts and water. It exhibits excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, weathering resistance and flow characteristics. It may be applied as a finishing topcoat to Sealbond mortar systems and other coatings such as epoxies, inorganic zinc primers and other polyurethane coatings &cold fluid applied polyurethane waterproofing systems.

SEALBOND EPOXY TANK LINING (ETL-100) is a two component epoxy compound formulated from high grade epoxy resins and modified polyamide curing agents especially for storage tanks. It is lead-free, foodgrade and non-toxic when fully cured. It hardens to an abrasive resistance coating with excellent adhesive strength on properly prepared substrates such as concrete and steel. SEALBOND ETL-100 is water impermeable and has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, alkalis and most dilute acids. Sealbond Epoxy Tank Lining (ETL-100) has passed SS 3075. Our epoxy tank lining is approved for all water potable applications.

Application Areas

SEALBOND ETL-100 is designed for coating the interior and exterior surfaces of concrete, steel and wooden tanks such as those used for storing potable water, chemicals (except high concentration acids), grains, powders and other liquids. It may be applied as a solid coating or may be reinforced with fiberglass as in the case of concrete structures that are not integrally waterproofed. SEALBOND ETL-100 is also used as grouting material to seal off gaps where ceramic tiles are used to line storage tanks.

SEALBOND EPOXY TOPCOAT ENAMEL (ET-1018) is a two-part epoxy based special paint formulated
incorporating the basic advantages of a solvent coating and the ease of application of standard paints.
These paints are highly resistant to rust, corrosion, UV exposure, fumes and chemical attacks. For more
protection and aesthetic finish, the primers are recommended for top coating with epoxy enamels.

RECOMMENDED USES

SEALBOND ET-1018 is an excellent topcoat for the following applications when properly primed with
Sealbond Anti – Corrosive Epoxy Primer (EP-1008)

MARINE: Decks, hulls, cargo holds and superstructures of ships, oil tankers and barges; shore and
offshore installation.

INDUSTRIAL: Interior and exterior coatings of storage tanks, structural steel, pipelines, machinery and

SEALBOND EPOXY COAL TAR BLACK CT-280 is a tough corrosion and abrasion resistant Coal tar Epoxy polyamide base, designed for protection of steel and concrete immersion services. Excellent in water and chemical resistance, and it gives exceptional performance as a protective barrier against corrosion.

RECOMMENDED USES

SEALBOND CT-280 versatile lining for tanks, piping, both internal and external, immersed or exposed to petroleum products, salt water, fresh water, and other chemicals. Recommended also for Marine Structures, ballast tanks, ship bottoms, bilge, pilings and sewage treatment plants. Excellent heavy-duty maintenance coatings for power plants, refineries, mining, pulp and paper, and chemical plants. Can be used also for waterproofing materials for concrete structures including roof decks, concrete tanks and concrete floors.

SEALBOND AQUASIL-7100WB is a high performance, two-component water based epoxy top coat for use as a hard, durable coating on properly prepared substrates such as concrete, wood and steel. It has a low VOC, high flash point, easy application and low-odor features which has been formulated based on a new innovative epoxy resin dispersion cured with modified watersoluble amine without adding solvent, acid, diluent and plasticizer.
