POLYURETHANE EXPANDABLE INJECTION FOAM
SEALBOND PRESSURE INJECTION POLYURETHANE FOAM SYSTEM (PU-418 F) is a single component moisture cure polyurethane expandable injection foam suitable for water cut-off in wet dynamic cracks and joints.
PROCEDURE AND GUIDELINES
SURFACE PREPARATION GENERAL
- Wear adequate PPE gear and goggles at all times and follow technical data sheet and MSDS instructions.
- All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, grease, mill scale, loose rust, chalk, and any other contaminants that can reduce adhesion.
- Identify the drill holes spacing and depths.
HEALTHY & SAFETY
Avoid contact with eyes and skin and avoid breathing its vapor. This product may cause severe skin irritation after prolonged or repeated exposure. Keep containers tightly closed and store in a cool dry place

Sealbond Epoxy Reducer(ER-510) is designed specifically for Epoxy coatings, primers & enamels as a medium for reduction of viscosity property. It is formulated with a blend of aromatic solvents to meet higher solvency and compatibility for epoxy coating admixtures.
Use of systems:
Sealbond Epoxy Reducer have been developed and evaluated for use as a Total System Coating. This reducer is compatible with our Epoxy Primers, Enamels and Coatings. Use of any products not manufactured by Sealbond Chemical Industries Inc. as “replacement” reducers is not acceptable. Primer and Paint failures, blistering, chemical resistance, inter-coat adhesion failure, and paint gloss life issues may occur. For long-term integrity of the applied Primer or Paint Coatings use a complete Sealbond Coatings System.
