SEALBOND CRB-178

SEALBOND CHLORINATED RUBBER BASE FLOORING & INDUSTRIAL COATING (CRB-178) is a single component chlorinated rubber base coating formulated from carefully selected, highest grade resins, manufactured under strict quality control standards. It cures to a hard flexible surface that is abrasion resistant. It has an excellent adhesion on properly prepared substrates, such as concrete, steel
and wooden surfaces. Designed for a general maintenance coating where gloss and color retention is desired.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

Recommended for exterior and interior painting job such as; basketball court, tennis court, marine vessels and structures, equipment for mining, chemical, textile, food, power, fertilizer, sugar and other industrial installation; concrete floor coatings in production areas, warehouse, gas stations and other business establishments.

APPLICATION INFORMATIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surfaces to be coated must be dry and free of oil, grease and other contaminants, and should be primed with compatible primers such as SEALBOND EP-100, SEALBOND EP-1008 and SEALBOND SP-1128.

APPLICATION: SEALBOND CRB-178 may be applied by brush, roller, conventional spray, or by airless spray equipment. Stir
thoroughly and allow 15 minutes induction time before application. To paint over a hundred previous coats, it is necessary to sand it lightly to provide a good toehold for the next coat.

CAUTION: Highly combustible. Keep away from heat and open flame. Keep containers well covered. Work areas must be adequately ventilated. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor and repeated contact with skin.
